About

Discovery to live, and everything in between

I'm a Senior Product Manager with over a decade delivering digital products across public sector, enterprise technology and SaaS. My sweet spot is the full arc: taking an ambiguous problem through discovery, building the right thing, and running it as a live service that people depend on.

At NFER I built a national digital assessment platform from zero, through discovery, alpha and trials with real users, into a live service used by schools globally. Before that I spent 12 years at Cisco, growing from Business Analyst to Product Owner and Product Manager for enterprise platforms serving 80,000+ employees worldwide.

I'm also an AI-native practitioner. I've completed Anthropic's AI Fluency and Agent Skills certifications, and I use AI tools daily in my product work, from research synthesis to prototyping. I believe the best product managers of the next decade will build with AI, not around it.

Case studies

Work I'm proud of

Three products, three different problems, same discipline: understand the user, ship the right thing, keep it running.

NFER

National online assessment platform

A 0-to-1 build of a digital assessment service for schools globally. I owned the product from the first discovery workshop with teachers through alpha, trials with real pupils, and into live service. Along the way I redesigned the ordering and subscription model for schools, turning a manual process into a product experience, and embedded WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and GDS standards into the delivery itself.

Cisco

Global device management platform

Every new Cisco employee's device needed configuration, security certificates and dozens of apps, spread across disconnected systems and taking days. I consolidated it into a single automated provisioning flow, cutting device setup from 48+ hours to same-day for every mobile employee globally. I also ran incident response for the live service and tested OS developer builds ahead of release, catching critical bugs before they hit the fleet.

Enterprise app catalogue & governance

Cisco's internal app store had no consistent quality bar. I built the end-to-end governance framework for 50+ enterprise apps: design standards, onboarding copy, and mandatory security reviews for every submission. The result: a compliant, trustworthy catalogue that shipped reliably in a high-stakes environment.
